“Needing validation” to “really valuing other people’s perspectives and view of me”. You then have the chance to find out what they look for, as well as sharing with them what you’d want them to see… proactive approach rather than a lot of the projection and assumption that often happens!
i think i have always seen confidence as chimera . if you look to long at ‘why?’ it will evaporate. i need an with CS for some coffee to understand your strudy, analytical approach.

It’s liberating when you can enjoy knowing you value what other people think of you… and it doesn’t stop you practising validating yourself either!
